House Points Terms & Conditions

  • One account per person.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Discounts and rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 
  • Galleria and Project House hold the rights to exclude items and bills from House Points at any time.
  • House points can only be collected and redeemed by the lead booker/purchaser and cannot be split amongst parties. 
  • A compatible smartphone with wallet functionality is required to participate.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers may redeem either a monetary discount or one listed item per transaction, not both.
  • Points expire if no activity is recorded on the account for 12 consecutive months.
  • Rewards are redeemable for 12 months from issue date before expiring.
  • Galleria and Project House reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the House Points program at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the terms are violated.

Earn points every time you visit Project House and Galleria: 

  • Earn 20 points for leaving a review for Project House OR Galleria per visit
  • Earn 5 points with WiFi sign up per visit
  • Earn 20 points for loyalty scheme sign up (can only be claimed once) 
  • Earn 1 point for every pound you spend at Galleria with a maximum of 100 points available per visit 

House Points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards (subject to availability), including:

  • Money off your bill at Galleria 
  • Free food and drink items at Galleria 
  • Merchandise  
  • Other rotating seasonal offers
